We want you to love your Paramore gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition tour merchandise and sale items may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
